An uncomplicated shape on a rectangular plan. Minimalism, functionality, and energy efficiency in one. We use simple forms more and more often because they allow us to breathe. When faced with the choice of a flat or a flat-sized house we choose the latter more and more often, looking for our own, undisturbed space. The house is a place of rest from the daily race. Large glazing in a compact body, hidden drainage, and the use of natural materials. The elevation is limited to three colors. The house is like a blank, blank page - to be written down by the main writer - its owner.
