This 49 m² apartment is located in a historic tenement house in Warsaw's Old Żoliborz district. The design concept aimed to strike a balance between the past and the present. Despite its contemporary character, the interior retains the atmosphere of a historic tenement house, with stucco decorations adorning the walls and ceilings. A thorough renovation of the apartment, including changes to the layout of partition walls and installations, enabled the space to be reorganised, thus fully exploiting the apartment's potential. The use of natural materials such as stone and wood in the design brings authenticity to the interior. A subdued colour palette of whites, beiges, browns and blacks creates harmonious, timeless elegance. Burgundy accents in the minimalist design give the interior a distinctive character.
