Sotto il Nero
"Sotto il Nero" is an interior design project for an apartment in the Włochy district of Warsaw.
The primary design objective was to give the apartment's interiors a fresh character as part of planned renovation work.
The interior’s minimalist, clean lines are balanced by softness and coziness, achieved through the use of fabrics, upholstery, and accessories.
The space is dominated by a palette of off-whites, beiges, and natural wood, punctuated by a contrasting black ceiling and decorative elements in deep burgundy.
Sleek, minimalist cabinetry fronts provide a calm backdrop for decorative fluted panels and subtle stone featuring simple, clean veining.
Natural light plays through the interior, highlighting material textures and the delicate color scheme. The composition is rounded out by atmospheric lighting and carefully selected, simple accessories, lending the space an elegant and timeless feel.
